Latest Projects

Two neighbouring property projects completed in Hebden Bridge: one featuring a new insulated roof, the other with major coping stone and chimney base repairs. We re-pointed four chimneys with lime mortar, fully replaced three sets of flaunching, and updated all lead soakers and flashing with code 4 lead. Original Welsh Blue slates were matched, and new ridges installed using a zero-maintenance dry ridge system. All work was approved by building control and conservation.

A stunning yard transformation in Mytholmroyd. We dismantled a cracked, collapsing wall, installed a concrete footing, and rebuilt it using the original stone, with matching delph stone for damaged areas. Sandstone was added to brighten the internal face, while Kandla grey Indian stone flags and coping stones now create an inviting space. We also rerouted the existing soil pipe and stack for a complete transformation!

Eva Geraghty

Director

Oversees business direction and plays a key role in shaping major decisions across the company. Eva ensures everything is aligned with the company’s standards, values, and long-term vision.

Steven

Roofer

Part of one of the company’s dedicated roofing teams, delivering traditional and heritage roofing projects. Steven brings extensive experience working on cathedrals and Grade I listed buildings, with strong technical knowledge of traditional roofing methods.

Haley

Lead Administrator

Manages the customer journey from first enquiry through to completion. Haley ensures clients are kept informed before, during, and after each project, maintaining clear communication and a high standard of service throughout.

Gianni

Heritage Roofing Trainee

Part of one of the company’s roofing teams, supporting the delivery of traditional and heritage roofing projects. Gianni is developing his skills within stone slate and traditional systems, with a clear progression towards a future team lead role.

Danny

Heritage Roofing Team Leader

Leads heritage roofing works on site. With years of experience in roofing and reclamation, Danny specialises in stone slate roofing and delivers high-quality workmanship in line with traditional standards.

Pete

Stonemason & Heritage Renovations Lead

A time-served stonemason and experienced builder, Pete leads the heritage renovations team. He delivers in-house masonry, structural alterations, and lime-based works, ensuring all projects are carried out using appropriate traditional methods.

Lyle

Roofing Team Lead

Leads the company’s second roofing team, delivering traditional and heritage roofing projects. A lifelong roofer, Lyle brings strong leadership and is a specialist in traditional Welsh blue slate roofing.

Kyle

Heritage Apprentice

Developing across all areas of the business, gaining experience with both the roofing and heritage teams. Currently working alongside the roofing team, building skills in traditional roofing systems with a long-term pathway into heritage works.

Travis

Lime Repointing Operative

Supports the lime repointing team across all projects. Travis is developing his skills in brickwork and traditional materials, with a clear progression within the trade.

Heritage Operative

The roof was replete with broken tiles, holes, and had no insulation. Dec came and assessed the work and gave us a full summary of the work and costs. not only did they do an absolutely immaculate job, they were so conscientious and accommodating: when materials were supplied that weren't quite right they insisted on getting the perfect supplies for my house, and didn't charge me any extra than the original quote. when additional tiles, lead and flashing materials were required for the job, all the costs were waived.
the roof, chimney and guttering all look so much better - and now there's no leak in my bathroom when it rains.
it was an absolute pleasure to have the team on site. they were all super friendly and lovely to chat to. i have a dog who likes to say hello to everyone who visits and they were all so sweet with him.
